We as leaders of this family and in order to ensure it's success required a probation period to test your member worthiness. We will be watching all new recruits also known as "Prospects" within their two weeks training to ensure that they are in chat everyday and completing there training as required. Please note that your application to join will be in review even after you join by the Bosses.
1. Lack of attendance is a call for membership termination.
2. Lack of training is a call for membership termination.
3. Lack of battle worthiness is a call for membership termination.
We are not interested in having people here just for the hell of it but have members that would like to become good or great at this game, as we say "We don't look for quantity, but quality".
We don't really look at stats before you join us due to the reason that we train you here but for our time not to be wasted in the people that don't show much interest in Mobsters we have this system of measure to weed out the bad and improve the good!
*If you are selected to keep on with the family after your probation period is over you will earn the title of Soldier and receive a free level 5 making 10 million per hour in income. Attendance is still required even after you become a full member.
